Return Policy

Warranty
All products purchased at SpaPartsSupply.com come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product; please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Feel free to contact us by e-mail if you require assistance. If the warranty involves shipping to the manufacturer for repair, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. SpaPartsSupply.com does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer. SpaPartsSupply.com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.

Cancellations
Once SpaPartsSupply.com ships an order it cannot be cancelled. We incur shipping costs after pickup, which the buyer is responsible for. There are no exceptions. To avoid charges it is the buyer's responsibility to contact SpaPartsSupply.com immediately following mistakes made during checkout.

Returns
Returns of non-defective (unused and un-installed ) merchandise to SpaPartsSupply.com are permitted within 30 days of invoice date. Does not include electrical components or Special Orders. For electrical component returns, please read more >> [Electrical Returns] Special order products can not be resold, therefore can not be returned. However they are still covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Returns to SpaPartsSupply.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please email us to obtain a return form and return approval number prior to ALL returns. A return form and return approval number MUST accompany all returns. Items returned without a return form and return approval number will be refused. Return approval numbers are item specific and are only good for the item they were issued to. The returned item must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in re-salable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A re-stocking fee of 15% ($7.50 minimum) will be applied on all merchandise when we receive it. SpaPartsSupply.com will credit buyer's account for the full amount of the returned item less all applicable charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

All returns must be sent via UPS or Federal Express. We suggest you insure your returns. SpaPartsSupply.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.

At SpaPartsSupply.com we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality Spa parts and accessories at the lowest possible prices. We however reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed material down loaded from our web-site does not constitute a binding agreement. Customers are frequently notified prior to completing their order to confirm information and correct pricing errors such as sales tax omissions.

Pictures on the site are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive.

Products, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product substitutions may be necessary at times due to out of stock conditions. The substitutions would be of equal or greater value to the item ordered and of equal quality and functionality. The customer will always be informed prior to any substitution and given the option to decline the order.
